12th International Children’s Film Festival Bangladesh 2019

International Children’s Film Festival Bangladesh is an annual week-long film festival held countrywide, which showcases full-length features, shorts, experimental films made for and by children from around the world. Started in 2008, the festival is one of the biggest film events in Bangladesh and also the only international film festival for children and young adults of the country.

This year, from March 2 – 8, the festival screened over 170 films created by renowned and aspiring directors from all over the world in 5 different venues in Bangladesh.

Bulletin

The “Amader Utshob” is a 4-page bulletin update published throughout festival days. A dedicated group of young volunteers collects stories, edits them and designs the publication before it is finally published on each morning of the festival.

About the Organizers

Children’s Film Society Bangladesh (CFS) is a youth-led organization working for children on the issue of film. CFS visions to impact on the entire film industry of Bangladesh by inspiring the upcoming generation of filmmakers, and offering them bigger platform to exercise and exhibit their talent.
