Giasuddin Selim

Giasuddin Selim is a Bangladeshi film director and screenwriter. He became a much-discussed director for his drama serial “Biprotip”. He is best known for directing “Monpura” and “Swapnajaal”. His adventurous drama serial “Bishaash” was broadcasted on BTV. His feature film “Monpura” earned him the National Film Award in 2008 for Best Screenplay. He also won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Story for the film “Adhiar” in 2003.
